Scope

This policy describes how Engage Your Best handles information for its member text messaging program. It covers consent forms, text conversations, and related tracking. It does not describe the privacy practices of Vistage, LinkedIn, or other external websites.

Information collected and used

We collect your name, mobile number, signature and consent date, the consent form you return, your messages and our replies, delivery information, and opt-out or help requests. We may link this information to your meeting schedule, attendance, member updates, and coaching commitments. We use it to administer your subscription, coordinate member services, respond to you, maintain accurate records, and honor your preferences.

Messaging and AI assistance

Message frequency varies with your meeting schedule and coaching needs, typically around 8 messages per month. Additional messages may be exchanged in response to your replies. Message and data rates may apply. We use Twilio to send and receive texts. AI-assisted tools may process relevant message content to prepare messages, summarize replies, and update member tracking under Tonya's direction. Texts are not continuously monitored. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, or highly sensitive personal or business information by text.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose the information necessary to operate this program to service providers, including messaging carriers, Twilio, email and storage providers, and AI service providers acting on our behalf. These operational disclosures do not authorize those providers to use your SMS consent for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights or security.

Records and security

We retain signed consent forms and messaging records as reasonably needed to administer the program, document consent, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. We retain an opt-out record as needed to prevent further messaging. Access is limited to authorized people and providers supporting the program. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and contact

Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help. You may also email tonya.twitchell@vistagechair.com to withdraw consent, correct your number, or request access to or deletion of your program information. Some records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out or meet applicable obligations. We will assess requests under applicable law.

Changes and related terms
